Frequently Asked Questions

How many homes will be in the Creekside Pointe?
There will be 24 single family homes for sale with 3 bedrooms and 3 bath ranging up to 1,472 sq. ft. townhome style with attached 2 car garage and paid solar panels.

What are the HOA dues and what does it cover?
The HOA fee will be $196.80 per month. The HOA fee will cover your front yard maintenance, street, sidewalk, and all common/landscape areas.

What is the earnest money deposit?
The Earnest Money Deposit is $10,000. You will go into a Purchase Contract once you choose your lot.

Is it refundable?
Yes, up to 30 days after signing your purchase contract you will have 30 days to obtain a loan approval from a lender. If you are unable to obtain a loan approval, your deposit will be refunded. After the 30 days if you decide to cancel your purchase, there is no refund.

Will the homes have solar panels?
Yes, all homes are provided installed solar panels with integrated solar energy system with inverter. Each system has a 25-year production and part warranty. The number of solar panels provided by the builder are based on the Title-24 Consultants minimum recommendations.

Is it possible to purchase more solar panels?
Yes, the system is expandable if the buyer chooses to do so after purchase of their home, at their own expense.

Can we customize our home?
In order to offer a quality product at an affordable price we do not offer upgrades and
personalization’s at this time. Once you move in you can customize your home to your preference.

How long will it take for my home to be complete?
Move In is expected 1st quarter (January-March) 2025.

Will my home have a warranty?
Yes. There is a 10-year structural warranty and a 2-year maintenance warranty. There is a first-year qualified repairs that are covered by the builder.

Do you have other communities and home buying opportunities?
